How to Adjust Training to Allow for Physical Demands

Every single drill you do is an assessment and if someone has the ability to perform a rehearse drill well there's no point in continuing to stick to that drill so you need to find a way to make it tougher. My speed work I'll divide it up into three different scenarios I'll just call it like attacking drills anything moving forward one day, linear speed another day  and then retreating drills because otherwise it gets kind of too difficult. It would always be put them in a few rehearse drills kind of get them warmed up give them a reactive scenario go back to rehearse drill go back to that reactive scenario or perception and agility absolutely.
