The Origin of Zhang Zhongcheng's Dumplings
Traditional Chinese medicine doctor invented dumplings. Zhang Zhongcheng created Ziao Zu to treat chowblain in the year. Since its shape is angular, the shape of dumplings is the same as Huandun so people regard them as the same things. Many other names appear, such as Xiao Zu Zu Ziao means the angle and means the small. This Xiao means the traffic. What do these names mean? Judging from the shape, it may be angular,. when we touch it, we will also feel angular. We call it Xiao Zu.
