Obama's Gift, I Think It Goes a Little Deeper Than That

Obama's gift was speaking in really quite conservative terms, but doing so in a way that sounded kind of sweeping and grand and progressive. He speaks in the register of progress Obama always, even when he's explaining why we can't or shouldn't do progressive things. I think it goes a little deeper than just Obama; lots of pretty pale imitators, like, you know, your peep, Buttigieg's, people like that, try to copy him.
