The Missteps of Queen Lily Ookalani
The US government sent an emissary to investigate what had happened with the PG taking over Hawaii. He asked her what should be done with the plotters and her answer was well under the rules of the kingdom. She did Regret that statement and she walked back that statement, but it was really too late. Queen Lily ookalani spent the rest of her life living a very quiet life in Ilani palace.
