Jeff: The quantitative signals you look at when it comes to translation there are different pillars you're trying to optimize for this quality as cost and the speed. So going with just machine translation gives you the lowest cost the highest speed but it also give you the lowest quality right? Jeff: What you want to look at is the outcome the business outcome you're tryingto drive or the user outcome you're Trying to Drive. And based on that use case you can define the right success criteria metric you're looking for.
