Shadow IT - Is There a Shadow IT?
A lot of times shadow IT starts out as a tactical fix. We have too long of a process through our IT approval or being able to just get or done. Understanding your tax service can also help because sometimes you'll see, you'll name that, right? Sometimes you end up adding that to your DNS and if we're exploring your DNS, we'll find it. But there's also a lot of shadow IT in your cloud infrastructure. So when a workload is spun up, we see it. There are customers that we have out there where you can see nine to five Monday through Friday, engineers come in, they start working,. They spin up a bunch of assets, hopefully they remember
