The Importance of Trust in Continuous Learning

In a team of developers, each member needs to be able to trust that this developer will start to depend on a trust that is going to do it as properly. In some situations, if you say you have somebody in the team who's work is not always up to standard, person is not maybe competent enough. So I think it's also important to let each member know that they need to do their job competently so that all that team members can trust that they will do their job Competently and it also helps for standard trust. And in terms of creating continuous learning and development, wanting we employed in my piece of order resource before COVID is also part of incentivizing learning.
