What's the Most Influential Research in Robotics?
In some ways, all of these difficulties that happen in the real world, they're also opportunities. Robots should be able to treat all these unexpected events that happen as new learning opportunities rather than things that just cause them to fail. There's a lot of interesting research wrapped up in that because it always kind of falls in between different disciplines. The work by Emmanuel Todorov was actually quite influential on me.
