The Challenge of Starting a Team Without Knowing 90% of the People

For me, it was having to start this new team from scratch while i was remote. And it's really difficult toa pipple person. Need to understand what motivates my teamn i'm not a littcompletely a gos oriented person. I like to challenge and i like to achieve my challenges.
