Journalist spoke to students at the University of Manchester. They told him about Fresher's Week in Fallowfield, which is a student district. Students get approached by young people who turn out to be drug dealers. And what they do is give them lighters with their number on,. written on paper and stuck on with adhesive tape. When he finally came clean and said, I'm a researcher, I want to know about students and drugs, he said it was a wrong number.
