The Difference Between Needs and Requirements in Strength Training
A certain amount of strength for me is actually required to do the... To do jujitsu. Like it's not just an interest, it's also a requirement of that thing. When it comes to specific needs, this is where the specific need often starts with a deficit. And in those situations, when you have to really specifically for the well-being of a body part or the well- being of the system in general, then I think strength training is a really valuable supplement because it's what it's for.
