S.E. Cupp: The idea of middle power diplomacy or the kind of diversification of relationships with countries, even like South Korea, is becoming more difficult because all of those secondary countries are actually drawing closer to the United States. She says there's a real commitment to multilateralism that we often don't see from the US and China. And I think importantly, deeper engagement with these countries comes at a lower political cost and lower risk compared to deepening relations with the US and Chinese.
