Are There Any Incentives to Move to California?

I think what's so interesting here is that countries have always tried to attract top talent, and they've done so through visa programms or other means. But due to remote work, the ability for people to just basically pick up and go so much more frictionless, right? Like you really can pick up and become a resident of portugal, or move to astonia, or wherever you want to go. We need to offer certain incentives for our particular jurisdiction to thrive, even if it has negative consequences elsewhere. Yea, will be superinteresting.
