The Interaction Problem

My own account of mind, body interaction is I call it a substance view. If you have a substance that's capable of generating consciousness in a basic way then it could also generate other states and correlate those states together. So maybe that's one way to understand the correlation issue. But then what about the other one, the interaction problem? So this is a very deep problem.
