Investing in a Passive Deal
Randy, what was the plan if you didn't get laid off or you're just going to keep the side hustle? Yeah. Ultimately, I think I kind of had the perfect mix there where I would get large bonus checks every quarter and I would essentially take 75% of my bonus check and funnel that off to passive investment. So every quarter, I just invested another deal and I was working on diversifying across markets and operators and asset classes. It really just gave me the funds to keep investing very aggressively in this space.
