The Importance of Leiswan in the North Vietnamese Strategy

I think that for a long time Americans just imagine that this was Ho Chi Minh when it was Bowdoin's up and then some subordinates who were of course who of course mattered but you know it's really those two figures Sam Van Dung maybe to a certain extent among more knowledgeable people. It's only been in the last decade that we've true gotten a true sense that Leiswan comes to matter just enormously to the North Vietnamese strategy decision making he really does become the key policy maker day to day policy maker in this struggle. I think that's been an important change in the history of our history.
