The prognosis for these really complicated lesions is probably one of like the most unbelievable success stories in pediatric medicine. The preoperative care, the interstage care, the immediate post operative and long term monitoring is so much superior to what it used to be that we can I think expect the life expectancy of these of this patient population to continue to go up in the coming decades. Any patient who has either single ventricle disease or they're not fully repaired will still have some mixing on their oxygen saturation. And again, always get a cardiologist involved to talk through these issues.
