We are obsessed with controlling the narrative of what that reaction is going to be. We've started to feel a discomfort if things aren't received perfectly, which is impossible. But I also am a human with an ego and it feels good when a lot of people watch it. "I think that feedback loop has become something that's so normalized, but that we don't really know what to do without it now," he says.
