Jen, how big is your portfolio? How many deals have you done in the creative finance space total? We've done close to 100 deals total, but I think current portfolio, we have, I think it's 27 or 28 right now. And so over time, some of these folks, we have one right now, it's a great case study. One, they're buying out their house currently and they're going to close this month.
