The University's Concern About the Survey

Professor Larry Skidmore financed a survey with monies from his research budget. Michigan State University expressed concern about it and asked him to refinance the project. He agreed, but said he didn't want to donate to the university because they get money from the federal government. "So I'm just going to give you a personal donation for me to you," skidmore says.
