How to Regulate Your Emotions
When you go to the I'm not worthy and I'm a failure and they clearly don't like me, all you're seeing is problems. So then what do you do? Well, there's probably only one solution or two maybe, right? Black and white. And so if you are in your fight, flight or freeze response in that sympathetic nervous system response, one way to shut that off is to change your physical state. It's the best way because it begins to activate your parasympathetic nervous system. That allows you to see things more clearly.
