What's Your Favorite Thing About Scotland?

If you had to teach a class in college, which, what class would it be? It would probably be, I'd like to teach like basic like finance. What is the most important or special memory that you've made and how much should you pay for it? If I could have like a little cottage, like just in the highlands somewhere and just kind of chill outside and read a book all day, I would be so happy.
