Do You Have to Convert to a Summary Judgment?

Thomas: Wouldn't that just be the normal motion like you would have just dismissed? It is. There's no case in which you would convert one into a motion for summary judgment and not give the plaintiff a shot. And of course, Andrew, we've got a one whole day off until you're going to hear from us again with that. Sounds like I'm done messed up and released the episode early last week.
