Three Tips for Early Trainees in Medical Education
Blake: It's really important to commit to teaching. As an intern I would informally teach my students right this was the kind of stuff we talked about earlier. Then as a resident it's time to start actually preparing for teaching and what I found was helpful is that I would always start rounds with five minutes of teaching. Blake: To practice your skills both informally and formally within your role as a student intern or resident.
