How to Read a Journal Article?

The first challenge is just getting something to read. The most obvious answer is you subscribe to a bunch of medical journals, but then you have to ask which ones. Just because a journal is well respected doesn't necessarily mean that everything that they publish is going to be the best. Certain things may be applicable to one area of practice, but not yours or patient populations.
