Most people keep using mobile phones at bedtime, which makes it worse. Your body will stop producing melotonin hormone, which is a hormone that makes you sleep. So please, keep your phones away before going to bed. A little bit lower light in general can help. And babua says, do meditation. Do it. Even just a little bit is is helpful.
