The Relationship Between Platform and Observability Can Facilitate the Platform

I think SLOs is something where as you grow an engineering population in a company, you can do it in many different ways and it's something you kind of have to have standards around. I've seen in other organizations that you need to start having the standardization also allows the different teams to talk to each other in case of an incident investigation. So relationship between platform and observability is a really close one; if you build this relationship and data flows from one to the other, then that can start making a big difference.
