Voros's law states that any player can hit anything in 60 at bats, which is basically what Lavon Soto did. Sean Bouchard was not even mentioned on fan grass preseason Raki's prospect list. If we were to expand the search to every range of two to three weeks from every season, we would probably find a lot more Soto esque luck driven hot streaks.
