Is There a Contract Between You and Your Employees?
When i first announced the four day week to my staff, a to e, i have to say, a very nervous reaction. I well, look, this is er, this is a deal. It's a personal contract between me and you. If you take it seriously, i'm going to give you more time off,. provided i get back the productivity that i need. This is not a thing that's focused on work life balance.
