Twitter's Open Source Recommendations
The recommendation algorithm of twitter has never been in strong suit or what really defined the application but it's still a part of its inner working so it's kind of cool to see it open now both repose use the agpl v3 which is as i understand it a full copy left free software license. It means that virtually everything that plugs into that if they add stuff to it will have to be licensed under the agpl as well unless again i'm mistaken i think it's a viral license.
