I like to get a good feel for anybody joining. I do ask a very different type of question. Some people answer technically, some say there's something wrong with you as a manager. But it gives me a good feeling of what they value and what makes them frustrated in a job. Andy: Is there a common question that others are asking that should just completely take off their plate? And my favorite answer was the story about Megan McCartill who grew up driving around Manhattan,. She knew where all the gas stations were especially because her father was a limo driver.
