Do They Have the Skill Set?

A lot of our licensees started as employees and then grew up in our ranks. For us, it's a matter of do they have the skill set? Do they treat customers like human beings? And are they capable of getting through the few times during the year where we know that we're just more stressed? Are they still going to be respectful during that time? And then are they organized? Those are kind of the three main criteria that we look at. We have some assessments that we have them take so we can verify that they know how to do the stuff that they actually need to do.
