Discipline Is Destiny

"I decided to write about discipline because I think temperance, one, just as a concept, it seems somewhat limiting," he says. "You have to know what the right amount of a thing is, but like, I know what theright amount of things are ... That's the easy part. It's like doing them is the hard part." His new book will be published by Simon & Schuster next month.
