Introduction

There used to be a common phrase for cutting the chord which meant if you had cable TV that you were getting ready for your TV, you're cutting the chord. A lot of sports have typically been on cable and they still are. Even recently there was something between YouTube TV and Disney I'm pretty sure there's this Disney that pulled all of their sports off of YouTube TV. And so anyways, that's been a really strong thing of like a strong pull to keep people connected to some sort of cable or some sort of subscription television plan anyway.
