The Importance of Listening
You have to come across as someone who listens, because that's the person you have to be in all situations in your work. You've spent hours preparing for the thing that you're now presenting at that meeting or demo. And it takes just seconds or minutes to explain it, but you've had hours of research and hours of discussions that I've gone into producing it. So of course, it's very easy to fall into the kind of deaveral, because it can be very frustrating. But if you keep just doing good work and coming across assomeone who listens to people, then people will allow you to listen to them.
