What Does Effective Regulation of Social Media Look Like?
There's few laws in washington that either could be created or changed. The biggest companies in the world right now are tech companies, amazon, apple, fuge sa, facebook and so on. They need regulation and they need oversight,. Just like standard oil did in the early 19 hundreds, or the mabel did in the telephone companies in the 19 fifties. We have no control over our data, no privacy. There is basigly no consumer protection when it comes to data in the us. On social media, and we really need that.
