The National Assembly Delegates and the New Order of the National Assembly

The incoming delegates may have been a bit younger statistically, but obscure and inexperienced, not any more. These guys were waist deep in the revolution in a way that the members of the national assembly simply could not. So though the legislative assembly came in collectively leaning further to the left than the departing national assembly, there were still a lot of delegates with a vested interest in solidifying the new order.
