The Phone Calls Are What Really Gets Their Attention
Zac: I'm a big advocate of the phone call for students that have an ef. And then i usually reach out to counsellors as well to just get them in the loop, cause sometimes they have information that i don't have. You know, parents, parents have parent come to expect that, and they're so nice. Like, i get so many nice emales and text messages back through the talking points a, and it's uplifting. So that increases motivation as well.
