The sixth circuit of the U.S. Supreme Court is hearing a religious challenge to New York City's vaccine mandate. The arbitrator ruled that if you're going to acclaim a religious exemption, it has to be through recognized religion. But there was one employee who was identified as roman catholic that was granted an exemption, despite the fact that the pope has been in support of vaccinations.
