The Effect of Fasting on Weight Loss

Fasting is a way to both eat fewer calories because that's what our studies show. The power calculation they did was it needed to be so powerful, like nothing you've ever seen before. If fasting produces some of its effect through calorie restriction, then it's not a very good study design. These weight loss drugs are completely ineffective compared to additional weight loss alone.
