How to Break a Sweat

One other technique that i've found to be helpful in certain situations is sometimes getting into the body, because sometimes energy is just building. Once you're in your body and moving it that way, typically that will break whatever different kind of spell you're in at that point. It takes definitely some work, but the moment that you start to break a sweat, typically the experience is going to be like, oh, gy i, i'm good here. And if you start focusing on something else, will your attention's dramatically going to leave what you're focusing on that point and start entering the new place.
