Are You Going to Do It Again?
I've done it before in different sectors. But this was a whole new scale with a whole new challenge, the challenge being the pandemic. I relied upon the managers of each site to look after those customers. And some managers did it absolutely brilliantly and couldn't fault them. Some weren't so good at it. So again, with the benefit of hindsight, probably do less in that amount of time or just spend longer doing it. That's what you would have done if you did it again.
