How Much Volume Do You Need for Your Training Blocks?

i like my repson reserve values to be zero to four, approximately. That means i have somewhere between zero and four repetitions left in the tank when i terminate the set. So at the beginning of a training block, my reps in reserve values might be around to three or four. And then as the training block progresses, i work a little bit closer to failure,. Sometimes i get pretty close to failure, depending on the exercise. You know, some exercises i never really push em that close to failure. But with plenty of exercises, you can do that with a high confidence level that you kno, you're not going to hurt yourself or do anything that's unsafe, or anything
