We Can't Fund a Local Vaccine Mandatory in California

The school district of San Diego decided to pass a mandated COVID-19 vaccine requirement for all schools in the city. Senator Richard Pan got involved and sent a five-page document that looked like this: "I can't fund a lawsuit prohibiting any local vaccine mandates when its final battle sets California precedent" There it is, officially on the docket, parties and attorneys lower court.
