We Can't Fund a Local Vaccine Mandatory in California
The school district of San Diego decided to pass a mandated COVID-19 vaccine requirement for all schools in the city. Senator Richard Pan got involved and sent a five-page document that looked like this: "I can't fund a lawsuit prohibiting any local vaccine mandates when its final battle sets California precedent" There it is, officially on the docket, parties and attorneys lower court. Depublication request is denied as of February 22nd. That is now the law of California. You cannot use anything outside of the health department and your government to write in new vaccine laws.
