In the space of all possible laws of physics, i can imagine that the vast, vast majority of them would be very, very hard to discern. I could easily imagine laws of physics that would let rats communicate tttelepathically and things like that. But we don't have those laws of physics a. So that is a fact about the uni erse that is certainly non generic in the space ofall possible laws of Physics. The penrose process - named after former mindscape guest roger penrose - lets you throw objects into black holes faster than they rotate. And there's a limit on it, cause you'r throwing things intoblack hole slowing down its rotation makes
