Anoone asks if you could go more detail into this idea of rhythms, cadences, repeating patterns, how you operate. You mentioned before the talk that even just starting to implement them is most of the work at the beginning. If you caun just go into more detail, maybe about examples of cadences, what it looks like, stuff like that. Gastal: My very first cadence was one on once i started having weakly one on one with the entire leadership team. We're incredibly collaborative. I think there's been a bit of an over pivot where leadership has been undervalued.
