Decentralization Is Not the Solution I'm Facing Right Now
A lot of people are getting lost because especially academics and traditional sciences so the like decentralization is not the problem I'm facing right now. If you want to get your community more involved to meaningfully empower them that's its own kind of element of progressive decentralization which isn't necessarily tied to a concrete tool or tech. It can be either a tool or an inhibiting factor depending on the community and crowd that you're working with. The whole point of D.I.C.I.R.E. in some ways is to let people kind of bottom up approach and tackle some of the issues that we're facing but yeah that's motivations as well.
