Death 13 - The Sign of a Special Team

Death 13 has a lot of feedback loops built into organization that help us not just keep the culture, but in all areas to continue to improve it as we scale. There was once where YouTube, about diving and cleaning, so that's a couple of people left the company who were open with the business. So I was happy to see that again, they didn't even carry us forward. And actually, we became stronger or better, or we were able to promote some folks. That turned out to work well for everybody. Well, it's the sign of a special team and I love that emotional leadership. It's absolutely, I think all we need more of.
