Is There a Difference Between a Superior Standard and a Competent Standard?

China has growing market dominance or power in a given technology. It's able to sort of push a standard that may not necessarily be the ideal standard. But because of china's market power, it's able to push that. There is both cases where we see success stories that ar even inferior standards would prevail. We also have cases where there's plenty of state support, plenty of money, and none the less, it fails simply because the technical standard isn't good enough. I mean, so they so it can't go really either way.
