The renewed coverage of Donald Trump is seen as an opportunity to show reinvigorated support for the president. Some republican members of congress are trying to tie what's happened to donald trump to a larger narrative that they are trying to put out there about the democrats, says Tara O'Neill. "They know that if they epeat that over and over and over again, that perception is reality," she adds. The idea of owning the libs, fighting against what they think is the establishment, is part of the republican ethos now, according to O'NEIL.
